I stood for more than 17 minutes, and no one offered me any service. There were five employees standing behind the counter, and no one asked me or received any order from me. Unfortunately, this restaurant was good, and now it is starting to get worse and worse due to employees behaving childishly

Chicken was crazy burnt tonight. Not black but like way overdone? Tasted like charcoal. Like actual ash. It was crazy, I love Canes and was just there days ago. Something severely wrong Sunday night.

We absolutely love this location! Tonight we were treated extremely well. Our food was fresh and delicious as always. However, tonight, the customer service was more impressive than usual. Despite us showing up right before closing time, we received by far the best customer service over all other locations we’ve visited.

Wanted to give Tara a big shout out for giving great customer service and double checking my order and placing everything in a bag also asking if I needed a drink holder. Also a big shout out to her for washing her hands before handling my food.Thank you from the king family. Give that young lady a raise and a promotion.
Food was good.Chicken done, but a bit on the moist side for me. I like a bit dryer chicken.Staff was very good.Portions are smaller than before pandemic & inflation.Prices are WAY UP!Ice was rationed as machine was acting up. Warm day in Texas & drinks were less than enjoyable.Repairman came right at the height of lunch hour.i know it can't be helped by either party, but it wasn't fun either.
I went through this drive through and not only was the drive thru cashier, Cheyenne, VERY RUDE, but the order substitutions I made were not properly honored. I was very dissatisfied with this visit and do not recommend this location.
