I can't speak to the service/atmosphere because I ordered delivery, but I am addicted to these sandwiches. I moved to Georgetown from out of state and my first week here, I think I ordered the turkey bacon club like 4 times. It's so good. I bought stuff from the store to make sandwiches at home and it's just not the same. Get the sandwich. They did forget my pickle 3/4 times I ordered so RIP on that front but otherwise, excellent.

My husband and I stopped here yesterday for lunch. We haven’t been to a Shlotzsky’s in a couple of years. We both got the original and they were fresh and hot! But my favorite part wasn’t the sweet little lady taking our order! She was delightful! She was kind and humorous but got our order in quickly! I wish I had gotten her name. She was a senior citizen but so am I! Her customer service skills were excellent! We live about 20 minutes from Georgetown but the experience we had here makes us want to go back, not to mention the fresh hot sandwiches! Thank you sweet lady, whoever you are! ♥️
We love the Fiesta Chicken sandwich on jalapeno bread! We split the medium sandwich. Very friendly service!

What can I say that hasn’t been written about this restaurant. The owner is a wholesome, down to earth and most wonderful lady that anyone will ever meet! The food is 9 stars in comparison to any other Schlotzskys throughout the entire state of Texas!
