Shade Tree Wine Bistro

Nice place,though for a friday night it wasnt busy and bartender was overwhelmed. Manager was helpful as she saw my fustration. Friendly and loud crowd. I would definitely give it another chance. Worth the trip

Quaint place but had to wait over a half hour to get a drink. The poor sole server was doing her best to serve a busy room. Not her fault that someone dropped the ball and didn't have more staff on hand. Food is good, though.

Would have been a better experience if there was more than 1 person working.

I don't really know what to say, as the place is amazing, the flatbread was just okay, but they have this bartender named Brick who was excessively loud and that to be honest ....ruined the experience. Yes, he is nice, attentive but he was constantly speaking to people across the room with a very loud voice. Also when he came on shift he turned the music up which caused everyone to speak loudly.

It was good. My first time at one of these places and I really did enjoy it. I was never much of a wine drinker but after going here I may have to partake in more. We had a few flights and the cheese platter. Great time and good food/wine.

Went for a friends birthday, the manager was incredible the environment was perfect and relaxing. It was a great time!

Lunch special = Cuban (great) ... Kirsten was also a great help in drink selection

Great wine selection and only place open late in downtown Georgetown.

Excellent and knowledgeable staff, & amazing food!

The cheese board / platter was great with a great variety of cheeses and meats. The flatbread pizza was also tasty, and for its size, quite filling. It also kept its structure and had a satisfying crunch to it. A good selection of wine, with friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Wonderful little wine joint in Georgetown. Great wine, and meat/cheese plate choices. Panini's and Flatbread Pizza's make great light meals. Local ownership in a historic venue. Worth the visit. Happy hours are very active.

Excellent vibe, great wine selection, and food. Most important the service and the people who work there are very welcoming.

Stopped for lunch. Sat on the patio and had a great Panini sandwich, Mediterranean salad and glass of wine. Will definitely be going back.

Truly regret not snapping any pictures but the wine was so good and the conversation was even better! I had a pizza and it was very good, served hot. The Shade Tree has many wine and beer options, it is a perfect addition to Georgetown. They were able to accommodate our large party and the service was fantastic.

Love going here to play wine bingo on Monday nights and trivia on Thursday nights. They always have a new Mead and it is always delicious. so far my favorite one is Apple one, it tastes like apple juice. I've never won one bingo or a trivia, but I keep thinking I will so I keep going back. It's a good excuse to drink on Monday night.
