Always fun and delicious. The people are also always friendly. It's nice that they have the mini library and the fun games to play when you come with a group. The frozen custard is really smooth and creamy. They have their pumpkin custard flavor out right now and it's so good! There isn't a ton of parking, but we've always managed to find a spot.

I am honestly pretty disappointed. I live in southwest Austin and was in Georgetown for an appointment (which I practically am never down this way), so we stopped by since Iāve been following the place on TikTok for a long time. I didnāt look to see if they were open because it is noon (which is my fault, granted), and I assumed they would be. We came up, rang the door bell, and the lady came to the front to just say āHey guys, Iām closed until 1.ā She smiled at us, but it didnāt feel warm or like she cared. It felt sarcastic/she was trying to get us to hurry and leave so she can finish opening. My husband and I looked at each other because we were a little confused since weād assume itād be open and said āokay..ā, and thatās when she just said āSorry guys.ā We turned to leave, she shut her window, and that was that. I understand this is a small business and they canāt be open all of the time, but with it being a small business, you are your own boss. At least genuinely apologize and make the customer feel welcomed even though you may not be able to serve them right then and there. I didnāt feel like with that first impression that the lady really cared if I returned or not, so I donāt know if I will be.
To the owner, it isnāt worth arguing with me about this incident either. I understand small businesses require more work, but you donāt have to have a big corporation in order to provide adequate customer service. It takes no energy either. Itās just really sad, and to think I was really excited to be supporting you, too.

What a fun summer spot! I stopped by Frozen Flamingo in Georgetown and tried their shaved ice with mango and guava. Super refreshing, smooth texture, and just the right amount of flavorānot overpowering at all. Their full menu looks amazing, so Iāll for sure be back to try more. Great vibes and a perfect treat on a hot day!
