I just ordered door dash and picked out donuts. They sent me whatever they wanted because the ones I requested they didn't have. What a waste of money. I would assume they would call instead of just picking whatever

Mmmmm... just writing this is making me want to get in the car and go grab a dozen glazed and a butterfly... oh, and better grab a bag of donut holes to chow on the drive because the car is gonna smell so good I won't be able to control myself...
Service at both the counter and the drive-thru is always friendly and you're always greeted with a smile, regardless of the time of day.

Unbelievable the lack of quality and lack of customer service! The cashier rolling her eyes when I was ordering and looking what they had left on the donuts display! Apple fritters were hard as a rock and no texture!

I wanted to make a large order of donuts and coffee. I was turned away by the employee saying “we prefer not to do the boxes of coffee at this location”. I responded saying I was ordering for the next day. The employee said “we don’t do the boxes at this location”. Despite having the boxes on display! Bizarre. Won’t be coming back.
