Smoothie King

It’s always a vibe when I come to this location. Everyone is always nice and welcoming. If I have questions about a menu item it’s broken down. I order in person and through the app.

I’m guessing the manager on duty today, September 17th at around 4:03 PM, was just very rude. She took the order of a group of three females with two kids in front of me and told me she would be with me in a minute.

After giving them their full order, she finally took mine, but then took the guy’s order behind me before I was finished. When the same group of females came back to order again, she took their order as well.

She barely made my bowls and still hasn’t made my drink, yet she’s handling everyone else’s order ahead of mine. Just like she completed the entire order for the customers in front of me before moving on, she should have shown me that same respect.

I usually don’t have any issues with this place. However, I put in a pick up order for this morning, and when I get there the store is closed. Lights off, locked, with no signs on the door or any indication through the app that they were closed. Despite the, the order still went through and I got charged. Will be disputing the charge with my bank today.

I go in to smoothie king everyday. I look forward to seeing Yazmin die to the fact that she remembers my name, order and always had a pleasant attitude and disposition. She’s one of the reasons I keep coming back to this location

DW was absolutely amazing! I dropped my drink in the parking lot and she was able to assist me in making it right and had the kindest soul.

The new 8 grain toast variety was pretty great! I tired the Avocado and lemur butter toast options and loved them!

This is the second time I have tried coming here in the morning and the front desk had workers but their doors were locked blatantly ignoring me standing outside. Their hours say 6:00 am CST, although this isn’t true!

Stopped in on my anniversary with my husband to get a nice celebratory treat, and was treated to a wonderful treat and fantastic experience thanks to miss Darlene! She was very kind but also super professional and made sure to greatly add to the joy we were experiencing on an already wonderful day! Will be returning in the future if for no other reason than to hopefully be able to be served by her again.

I was waited on by an associate named Darlene I think yesterday mid day. I am picky sooo, I expect good service. She was super friendly and did not get irritated when I made my smoothie order with lots of questions and substitutions… I had never been to that location. I'll be back….
