I think the coffee is ok here but I took off a couple of stars since it's the slowest drive through I've ever been to. Like expect to wait 30 minutes in line with only 4 or 5 cars in front of you !!!.

Me and My Dog love our Starbucks! Today I got a Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino with Gingerbread and My Dog got a Grande Size Pup cup! They are always very loving and care about dogs and their customers and every time I go here it’s so delicious! Especially what I got today! Your Awesome Starbucks!

I usually appreciate Starbucks’ dog-friendly spirit, but my recent experiences at this location have been disappointing. Over the last three visits, not only have the wait times been long, but my request for a ‘pup cup’ has been forgotten each time I reach the window. When I remind the staff, I’m often met with a condescending attitude from the barista, which only adds to the frustration.
It takes away from the welcoming, pet-friendly vibe that Starbucks is known for and slows down the experience for everyone in line. Small gestures like a ‘pup cup’ mean a lot to loyal customers with pets, and I hope this location can bring back that friendly, accommodating atmosphere.

I've been coming here for a year and they always have a problem with my drink. The price is always different for a shot of expresso and milk. Their excuse is someone is forgetting to price something. Went through the drive through today and they over flowed it with ice. Went back for a refill 5 min later and the price was higher! I even brought in my cup and they said I can't have that?

I’ve never experienced such slow and disorganized service at a Starbucks before. We placed our order and waited an unreasonable amount of time while everyone who came in after us got their drinks before we did. It’s clear the staff here either doesn’t care or doesn’t know how to manage orders efficiently. If you’re looking for fast service or even basic customer attention, this is definitely not the location to visit. Absolutely disappointing.
Would of picked zero stars if allowed, the latte tasted literally like hot water with a splash of milk. The Americana also tasted like that with just a bit of coffee taste very disappointing I tossed it out the window(just the hot water). Will not be returning there anytime soon.

So disappointed. This entire team needs to be re trained only been their 3xs to make sure I wasn’t crazy… 23 mins to get 1 drink is wild… I ordered inside with my husband and it took 18 mins n then ordered online and it wasn’t even ready and it took me 16 mins to get their and I waited an extra 10 and walked out without my drink… waited in the drive through it was only 3 cars and it took 30 mins… and I’m at the window got one drink and then they thought I was someone else picking up an online order I said no you literally just said your working on it. Not cool very annoying.

A venti Flat White never fails to satisfy. The coffee came fairly quickly. We snagged two chairs while we were waiting.

This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been too the employees are rude and had two people waiting in the drive thru for over 30 minutes for one cup of hot coffee . Will not be returning .
