There was 2 ladies working today and the one who was making my matcha latte apparently forgot to put sugar into my drink. When I asked her to add in she got defensive claiming that she already put sugar meanwhile there is completely no sweetness compared to my previous same orders here. Everything would have been ok if she didn’t give that attitude to us.

This baristas inside this target are racist and rude. She served everyone else and ignored me and my family. We waited for about 5 mins and complained when no one was in front of us. Immediately after we left, she started serving the people behind us. I chose to not give this location my $$.

Food quality is as expected. Staff is friendly but slow to the point that it is really upsetting. If you want your drink the same day, this may not be the place for you.

Just a reminder for the employees. It is a food service violation to touch body parts like hair or nose and not wash hands. Sniffling and wiping your nose with your fingers before grabbing food isn't appetizing nor healthy.
