Do not visit Starbucks as much as we like. Yet what's to complain.

Listen. What is this? It’s a $9 ‘tall’ drink in a ‘venti’ cup at a ‘venti’ price. I even paid $2 extra for extra matcha. I’m gonna have to drink this with a straw that I don’t have or wait 5 hours for the foam to reduce.
I of course asked the girl tending the -to go- area why half the drink is foam- she said it’s because of the blender. They have never put my drink in a blender- and now I know why. She offered to remake it- but I ordered ahead of time in the app so I can get to work on time.
I’m going to drive out my way to go to the one on 35 & Austin Ave- they are legit. I ordered every day there for months and they always got the order right. Every single time.

I stop here almost every morning and have for almost two months. Staff are friendly in that fake, being made to be way. Everyone that comes in are known by name, except me lol. Certain people wait for their mobile orders and are ask what they’re waiting on. To my recollection I’ve never been asked until I have to ask about my order. Just a group of fake people that don’t really care unless they know you.

I come here every morning at a ungodly hour of the day.Esther and Chase are my favorites great customer service. Thanks guys Louie🫡
We had our team meeting before heading to tour properties in the area. We were on a time crunch and our drinks were made fast and accurate. Love the extra host outside the counter making sure everyone had napkins, forks, or sleeves for their coffee if they needed one. Definitely going back to this location for more meetings.

Everytime I come to this Starbucks I get ignored for some reason. I always have to stand around while the workers do other tasks and basically don’t even ask if I need help. I don’t get greeted when I come in, although I hear them greet everyone else that walks in, and it just makes me feel like going elsewhere, which I do most of the time to avoid this store. Hopefully they see this and know they need to treat ALL the customers with some respect!

Don't bother taking your personal cups to this store to save the planet from their single use plastic cups. They actually make your drink and put it in a disposable cup before transferring it to your personal cup, so they're still generating unrecyclable plastic waste! We watched them do it and the barista acknowledged that was their process. Also, the barisras don't follow the standard recipes, so you never know how your drink is going to taste. Really, one of the worst Starbucks cafes ever.

Be prepared to wait in the drive thru for 20 minutes, this location is incredibly slow
I don't know how or why my stars were redeemed when I never authorized or was asked if that is what I wanted when my account has funds on it to pay for my drinks. I'm extremely irritated and unhappy with the employee/s who did this.

My story is not about this particular location, but rather Starbucks in general. I used to go to Starbucks every single day at least twice a day and I did this for at about 10 years. But about the time when Covid began, I started to notice that Starbucks more amore seemed to ignore me. When I would come into the store, even if nobody was in the line, I got no acknowledgment. No one looked up, and no one seemed to see that I had entered the store and stood at the counter. Everyone kept wiping their tables, filling various containers, and I would stand there, sometimes a minute or two without the faint response. At first, I thought it was location related, but I travel for business and as I visited Starbucks at different locations around the US, I noticed the same trend. Feeling ignored and also when the price of my tall drip past two dollars, I decided I needed to change. I bought my own coffee maker and I’ve been making coffee ever since. However, recently on a trip to the East Coast of the US, I decided it would be fun to have a Starbucks cup from that state. Went into a Starbucks store where nobody was in line fairly Which we were happy about because we were in a bit of a hurry. My wife and I got a cup that we liked put it on the counter and waited to pay. We stood for a good two minutes, not one of the staff acknowledged us, and no one spoke to us. My wife and I looked at each other and shrugged. We then put the cup back On the shelf and left And left the store. I turned around as we were leaving to see if anyone had noticed we were even there, it did not seem like they were phased in the least. I had not been to a Starbucks in probably 18 months prior to that experience, and I’m sure it will be many more years before I darken the door of another Starbucks. As much as I used to rely on Starbucks and enjoy having a coffee and sitting in a comfy chair reading a newspaper, at this point, I couldn’t care less if they disappeared from the face of the earth. Starbucks has gone from an obsession to completely irrelevant in the space of three and a half years.
