The owner doesn’t do anything other than post automated replies to keep scores up. They refuse to fix anything.

Avoid this store and go to any other one in Georgetown. This store consistently has a crappy drive thru staff. They are always rude with high school attitudes, yet not in school. They consistently are having to remake drinks each time I go through, although the ONLY thing I request is for the drink to be made with oat milk. I always have to make sure to try the drink before leaving the drive thru window.

They have one kid who has, 3 times already, tried to have me purchase someone else’s order while giving my order to someone else.

This store has gone down hill tremendously in the past few months.

This is the worst starbucks I have ever been to. The baristas consistently screw up the drinks or it takes forever to get your drink. This is not a one time deal, this is the closest place to get coffee so I usually go at least once a week. If there was a closer alternative I would go there but I am too lazy to go out of my way for coffee. Starbucks really need to fire everyone and start fresh. Lots of standing around and just general laziness from a customer perspective.

service is terrible lock in starbucks. I sat at the window for 5 minutes and multiple workers ignored me. lock in!!!! also why is that 3 bite sandwhich 5 bucks ik that shit costs about .50 cents to make.

I just want people to know that the frozen refreshers are incredibly disappointing and do not resemble in any way the picture advertised. Just tastes like hot melted syrup. Not refreshing.

Made the mistake of stopping here on the way out of town. Ordered on the app, said order would be ready by 7:09. Got there at 7:10. Waited 4 minutes before I was even acknowledged at the counter. Said order wasn’t ready. Mind you, there were no other customers in the store and only two cars in line. Five baristas “working”. My order (two coffees) was finally ready at 7:20. Maybe I am used to the efficiency of my local Starbucks in Cedar Park, but geez. Don’t stop here if you want your order in this century!

So disappointed in this Starbucks. Poor service bad batista. We waited over 25 mins for our in store order because they kept telling us mobile orders keep coming in and they take priority. Service should be in order of order not method of order.
