Made the mistake of stopping here on the way out of town. Ordered on the app, said order would be ready by 7:09. Got there at 7:10. Waited 4 minutes before I was even acknowledged at the counter. Said order wasn’t ready. Mind you, there were no other customers in the store and only two cars in line. Five baristas “working”. My order (two coffees) was finally ready at 7:20. Maybe I am used to the efficiency of my local Starbucks in Cedar Park, but geez. Don’t stop here if you want your order in this century!

So disappointed in this Starbucks. Poor service bad batista. We waited over 25 mins for our in store order because they kept telling us mobile orders keep coming in and they take priority. Service should be in order of order not method of order.

If you just want a coffee with cream in it I guess Starbucks isn’t for you anymore. They’re so focused on pink lollipops and 1200 calorie ice cream coffee açaí drinks that they just can’t understand it when someone just orders black coffee with cream. I swear it’s a new ordeal every single time I walk in here asking for a simple cup of coffee.

The staff Tiffany, Cam, and the whole staff there are the most delightful people that work for Starbucks, that store is the best most friendliest Starbucks I’ve ever been to so efficient! Believe me I go to a lot of Starbucks stores, but if I’m close to them I make sure I always go to them!!

I have no idea what they gave me. I ordered iced coffee black, no ice. It tastes sour and spoiled. You can even smell it. It smells rotten! 🤮 It is disgusting!!

This Starbucks bathroom with the lack of sink actually inside of the bathroom is very unclean. That literally makes you not want to purchase anything from this place. It was really a nasty situation because the bathroom and sinks that are visible from the front were dirty.

I’m getting tired of Starbucks putting out these fake ads like today’s “2 drinks for $10”. Why then am I being charged $15?
They pulled the same stunt with the bogo half off. It needs to stop.
I told the barista what I’d be ordering and using the $10 coupon and she had no issue with it until I got to the window.
I told the barista I would not have come to Starbucks if I would have known I’d be charged $15 instead of the promised $10.
I literally came to Starbucks instead of going to my usual Summer Moon because I thought I’d be getting a deal. This is deceptive and dishonest.
Stop hiding one liners in tiny fine print that no one can see just so you can trick people into showing up just to give them bad news and upsetting them. I could have, and should have, gone elsewhere.
