Large space with plenty of overhead, staff person is nice, but the shop was a ghost-town tonight, cake slice so tiny and overpriced. Would have been nice to sample a free cookie on display? Seriously.

I would like to shout out to Shari of 18 Carrot Bakery. Yesterday she personally delivered a Strawberry Organic Cake to my home . We were having a Patriotic Parade for my 96 WW11 Veteran father in law. She went up & beyond with her delicious gift. The cake was amazingly delicious. She put a smile on his face. I was informed she also does pasta cooking classes & has beer & wine. She informed me the name 18 Carrot is actually a recipe for a Carrot Cake from her grandmother’s recipe. I can’t wait to go back & try it. She is located on the square in Georgetown!

I ordered cookies for a baby shower. I was asked some basic questions (colors, theme, name of baby, so on). When they were hand delivered at the baby shower, I was blown away by how amazing they looked. They looked so good, no one wanted to eat them. One of the people at the party took the plunge and took a little bite. The cookie was so good, they asked for more. Everyone started eating them and they were gone in no time. I will be ordering more from Stellar Bakes for all of the birthday parties to come.

As the one in charge of a happy hour event for an international non-profit, I was tasked with taking care of all the details for the day. There were people coming in from all over the country for the event, including the organization’s executive director and the entire board of directors. I knew every detail had to be perfect. I’d seen Emily’s work on social media and contacted her to see if she could help with the event. I sent her the organization’s logo as well as the graphics for several of the org’s fundraising projects. Some were simple, some were complex, but I didn't want to put my own limits on Emily's talent and creativity, so I just sent her everything I had and trusted her to do what she could. Turns out none of the other details I stressed over for the day mattered. The cookies were SO incredible, so perfectly representative of the org and its projects, nobody even cared about anything else. Emily made me AND the organization look amazing, and I could not have asked for anything more. ❤️
The owner is a true cookie artist! I’ve ordered themed cookies multiple times (everything from The Bachelorette to Thanksgiving) and have never been disappointed by the quality of work put into each individual cookie! Will definitely order again!

Emily is professional and brings fresh creativity to each project she undertakes. I love the pop up orders she does for holidays!
