Went not too long ago and it's been on my mind how we paid $50 for 3 sandwiches for welted and frozen veggies and denied coupon which I understand is only at participating locations but the quality was so bad we should've just left. Something needs to change because we enjoy subway usually but it has gone downhill fast.

The people that work at this subway are the rudest people I have ever encountered. They do not acknowledge you when you walk in. They mumble When they talk to you and the manager, Chris was so rude to me today I will be reaching out higher than Chris to complain about the service that I received today. on top of that, he was training a young lady who apologized and it was her first day that’s quite embarrassing

They don't take coupons at this subway. I was told after my sandwich was made. I know it's a franchise but it's the only subway I've ever been to that doesn't take coupons. It's just super greedy. I had to pay double the price for just a 6 inch sub due to it. It's not worth going to this Subway location.

I don’t leave reviews on google because I try to give businesses more chance to fix things. I ordered here twice off of uber eats both times none of them were right. From the first order I was upset but I let it go. Thinking you know what I will try to give them another chance but second time they messed up my order again. First order nothing on the sandwich was right. Second order they got everything right but missed the cheese. Don’t know how when that’s the next thing you put on the sandwich after toasting it. I was thinking about getting a refund but it’s not that deep. I will just try another spot next time.

Where's the meat??? I wish I could post pics on this. Been a Subway Fan all my life, this may be the worst. 1 person working, 6 people waiting, don't accept any coupons, and then the sandwiches came with the least amount of meat I've ever seen from a Subway. There's another in town that's better.

Yesterday, Wednesday, December 18, 2024 at 1pm, I had one of the worst experiences at this subway location. The woman who served us did so in a very rude and unprofessional manner. I had a terrible attitude, I ordered 3 6-inch sandwiches and she started preparing them with an angry character. There were other people behind me and when my sandwiches came out of the oven he started preparing the order of the people who came behind me. Well almost 10 minutes passed and my sandwiches were already cold and I hadn't finished preparing them, the whole time I spent yelling at a man named Daniel who was in the back of the store and never showed up to help But the worst thing was his attitude, his sour bad character. What I did was leave the store and better go to the pizzas that were in the same shopping center. I AM NOT GOING TO PAY FOR A COLD AND UNMADE FOOD I don't remember the woman's name but with the date and time you managers will know who she is.

Tonight we visited the subway in Georgetown we ordered the specials that were advertised, but when we went to pay, we were told that the items that we had selected weren’t part of the special and that we needed to read the fine print. As we left, I noticed that there was a sign on the front door that stated the special included all 6 inch specials, and the Internet ad also stated the same.In addition, there were very few vegetables, including pickles, lettuce, and tomatoes. There were alsovery few cookies and the girl stated that she hadn’t had time to make them. We are regular customers of this establishment, but will think twice before going back.

I came in and waited 3 minutes at 7:20 pm on a Monday, nobody answered. I could hear someone washing dishes in the back so I yelled out 'hello' three times loudly and they just pretended to not hear. This is ridiculous. Fire these workers if they don't want to work.

Had me wait at curbside for 15 min, then when I went in told me they havent done curbside since 2020.. They said they dont do the website. Sandwiches were made wrong also!!! Very BAD service and food!!!

We ordered our 2 adult and 2 children meals and paid $63. We got to our car and the salad my daughter ordered was 6 ounces and the receipt said $13.99 + tax! I tried to return it as there was not any chicken or fresh greens. First the teen buy cashier refused to refund. When I asked him why, he said, "I was not taught how to". I asked to speak with the manger, if he was not the manger. The boy told me he could give me the number to call the manger. I asked that he call the manager or call 1-800 Subway for a mitigation specialist. After 5 minutes of waiting as he could not get a hold of anybody, I left my name and number. I left the salad at the Subway for refund. The note said, "Please refund the card on file for #13,99+ tax and call me at the number provided". That was Friday July 18, 2024. I also filled out the subway customer receipt survey BUT HAVE NOT BEEN CONTACTED BY ANYBODY AT SUBWAY. My next step will be to contact the Better Business Bureau as I have not been refunded or contacted about my salad and teen employees were left in an untenable environment where they had not direct supervision or ability to contact an adult!
