Best experience ever. The teas are great, and my favorite is the mint tea with a little bit of honey. The person behind the counter, I think her name is Charlotte, is always smiling and greeting people, hoping to brighten their day. I would recommend this place to anybody that wants to be refreshed and have a great experience.
I love the texture of the Snowyn! In fact I have only had tea once. But go once a week when it's hot to get a Snowyn.
I have always loved the beverages here, and that hasn't changed. But sadly the cleanliness has gone down hill. The macaroon case has looked dirty with smudges for months, and I went in today and as soon as I walked in all I could smell was urine from the dirty restrooms; the smell was unbearable! Extremely disappointed because I don't feel comfortable coming back unless they get back on top of the cleanliness!

Went in tonight to grab a green bubble tea for my wife and the woman who took my order was very rude. I’ve been a couple times in the past and had no trouble but today the staff was rude and paid little attention to me.. the woman would talk between me and the other staff and I find it rude.
Layout clearly wants you to leave. But service be slow!

Love this place! I love the ice desserts they have. I always get the strawberry one and their macaroons are very good too. They have a ton of options and customer service is always great!
They gone down hill this is the second time I came here and both my drink and wife’s drink was not good and it’s one we get at other locations and it’s good.
The drinks were good. I felt a little confused trying to order a classic boba but otherwise it was enjoyable.
This is a criticism against the promotional ads and Teapioca App.
Your promotional discount ads are emailed around 30 minutes before the closing time. The sense of urgency is truly bothersome and manipulative.
And your app is pesky when it comes to selecting your local teapioca lounge. The store names aren't cute nor helpful, and the store location search is bugged and broken.
If I didn't appreciate your compamy as a beverage production, I'd given a rating of a star.
