Bar/counter service for ordering, but they did deliver our food to the table. Everything was very good. My wife had the Cuban-ish and she loved it, plus it was enough for 2 meals. I had the Pastrami. Excellent hot sandwich. Not sized like old-style NY delis, but a large sandwich nonetheless.

Tejas is a fantastic spot if you’re looking for delicious food and excellent drinks. The menu has a great variety, and everything we tried was well-prepared and flavorful. The ambiance is lively yet relaxed, making it a great place to catch up with friends or enjoy a casual evening out.
However, one thing that detracted from the experience was the fact that random people were allowed to come in and ask patrons for money....

Came her for lunch and was not impressed. You seat yourself, which is fine. Lots of tables were available, picnic tables, high tops, lower tables and you can eat at the bar. We had to walk up to the bar to get menus and unfortunately was not told we would have to go back up there to order food, so we sat at our table awhile, not sure what to do.
