Like many others, I was also really excited to have a coffee shop close to home. The staff are incredibly friendly and I want to like this coffee shop but, the few things I have tried have been really bland. I am an actual coffee lover, not just sweet flavors, and the drinks are missing that depth. Hoping they up their coffee game so I can give them another try!

We fell in love with this place while visiting Colorado, and while we’ve gotten coffee here before, today it was way off. The coffee tasted very watered down and was not our usual good flavor.

This used to be my go-to place when they opened. However service has been slow and bad the last several times I have been. It’s sad but I’m over it, and for $4 for black coffee it’s hard to pretend there is value or convenience anymore. Especially when they are out of cup sleeves and expect you to hold a cup that’s burning hot with a napkin? They had such an upper hand to Starbucks but ruined it with bad service.

Been visiting since the G’town location opened and every visit has been perfect in service, menu options and quality. The variety and extended hours make this my go to for anytime of day. I have my favs of course but I want to try everything as this place is that good! Staff is knowledgeable, gracious and patient with all my questions/requests at every visit.

The Human Bean in Georgetown is a standout in the world of drive-thru coffee. During my visit, the quality of the coffee far exceeded expectations. Smooth, rich, and expertly balanced. A standout in this experience was Hannah, the barista who crafted my drink with a level of care rarely found at this tier of coffee service. Not only was the beverage perfectly calibrated to my taste (a skill that speaks volumes about her training and palate), but her demeanor was warm, attentive, and quietly confident. It's one thing to meet expectations in a fast-paced coffee setting; it's quite another to exceed them and Hannah did so effortlessly. If you’re in the area and need a coffee that punches above its weight, this spot and Hannah won’t disappoint.

We stopped by and found out they were closed due to the boil water notice from the 7/4 storms. Despite being closed, the staff kindly offered us complimentary drinks that didn’t require the use of contaminated water. Amazing service and such thoughtful people! We love The Human Bean and highly recommend it.

I ordered a chai, a latte, a white chocolate mocha, and a matcha and they all tasted like water! Absolutely no flavor. Very disappointed with the quality. Not worth the price at all.
