Came in today on Father’s Day. Not busy at all and a nice vibe. Just wanted a quick snack with my husband. We ordered two sodas and some cheese curds at 3:20. After waiting for 40 minutes and noticing the entire restaurant had their food and the cooks had gone on break we still hadn’t received our food. Asked the lady up front and she just said “oh sorry let me make those for you they’ll be ready in 2 minutes”. Are you kidding? After waiting for 40 minutes and not even receiving our drinks you’ve decided to make them. Kitchen staff wasn’t even back yet so cashier has to do it herself. Terrible experience and a huge waste of time. Staff is careless.
I can't say enough good things about the restaurant and family friendly atmosphere. We love their specialty burgers, hard ciders, and play space for the kids. They often have specialty events and foods featured, as well as local musicians playing frequently. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I'm never disappointed when we go there. Honestly, Georgetown needs more locally owned, family friendly places like this one!
excellent burger, excellent chicken sandwich, plenty to choose from on-tap, except no stouts. Still, great experience. Will definitely return.

Small place with a terrible band. Couldn't hear each other talk. No thanks.
All around amazing experience. I got a build your own burger with fries. The portions are big, and the burger was delicious for a good price! Will most definitely be returning.
5 stars!! Great food, fantastic atmosphere, and friendly customer service! Extra bonus for being kid friendly!! Highly recommend!!
Great hamburger...thicker patty than most. Diablo has a nice heat to it and the fries were great.
The burgers and onion rings are the bomb.
Make sure when yall place yer orders to ask for Connor to cook em fer yall if he's available.
Went to the Palomino for the first time after the Poppy Fest and loved it. Relaxed atmosphere, very friendly staff, good beer selection and delicious burgers. Will go back and highly recommended.
Waited an hour and a half for onion rings, we had to ask 4 times before receiving them. Very rude service as well when we asked where our food was. First time we asked for them was 30min after we placed our order (reasonable). On the other hand, the live music the night we went was incredible. Go for the music, eat before or after

I stumbled upon here for 2 Step. The burgers and service were great. I highly recommend!
This is a little gem tucked away in Gtown! The food was good and the resturant was maybe the cleanest I have ever been in! I hear they have live music at times. It's a perfect venue for that.

I love the atmosphere, and the staff is friendly. But I paid $33 for 2 beers and 1 can of NA IPA (without tip) which is honestly overpriced. It is $10 a draft beer, but how can you ask for the same price for a can of nonalcoholic beer?!
