Special kudos to this terrific staff. Gabriel noticed my iPhone on the table after we left and quickly set it aside for me. When I called the phone, Gabriel assured me the phone was secure and I shouldn’t worry. I picked it up the next day! Thanks to this caring and responsible team, especially Gabriel!
Ordered 2 clubs exactly the same and a meatball sub. They forgot one of the clubs. The only way I can describe the meatballs is boiled. No flavor, barely a drop of sauce on the whole sandwich. I've always considered thundercloud one of the better sandwich places around but I probably won't be back to this one.
