Driver was extremely friendly, professional, and communicative, wish I would have caught her name so I could place in this review, but the delivery went to waters edge apartments today. So glad the driver went the extra mile to clarify my request after I mistakenly left out part of the address. Tiffs gets it done, I’ll add the gift box was apparently beautiful, and the cookies extra warm.

I was having a late night craving and ordered Tiffs treats! We got a box of 6 cookies and the brownie trio. Everything was yummy. They were also so nice and gave us two sprinkles cupcakes for free! And those were really yumm as well. My fave is the double choco and snickerdoodle cookies. The brownies bars are very good and rich! We ate two and froze one for later. They deliver their own stuff and the communication for delivery was perfect! Will defo order again. And forgot to mention that everything came in these boxes that kept the goodies warm, just melt in your mouth .

10 STARS if possible! My order was delivered professionally and proficiently within 40 minutes from my online order. The service was excellent! The recipients were thrilled with the incoming surprise and that the cookies and brownies were fresh and hot out of the oven! WAY TO GO! Just a top notch location here! Must be a well oiled team for this to happen! This was a first time experience at this location, however, will definitely use them again!

I recently ordered cookies and ice cream from Tiff's Treats for a friend's birthday celebration. Unfortunately, when the delivery arrived, the ice cream had melted. I promptly sent an email to address the issue, and to my surprise, not only did Tiff's Treats provide a replacement for the ice cream but also included extra cookies as an apology. when ordering online, there's an important note to consider - the don't call first....Additionally, the re-delivery process was set up the same way, which was an oversight on my part. However, I appreciate that they still sent the replacement items, even though it was my mistake. The gesture was highly professional and apologetic, making the overall experience a positive one. Thank you, Tiff's Treats, for your excellent customer service!

I promise every time I go there the cookies are getting SMALLER and SMALLER but the price isn’t. They are more than likely going to lose me as a customer. It will be a shame because my kids and I love their cookies. Shoutout to whomever served me last night because after I said this she threw in an extra but she should not have too. The cookie should be the size they originally were. The three stars represent the quality is still the same but NOT the quantity!

Received cookies and ice cream from Tiff's Treats as a gift from family (always a welcome and yummy surprise!) Unfortunately, we were not home when our gift arrived. No worries! Mike the delivery man messaged us and left a cold pack with the ice cream. Way to go Mike! Taking care of your customers! Tiff's Treats you have a winner with Mike, hope you take care of him.
