I was going to write a review about what happen but it would take way to long. This place is TERRIBLE!!! Not the first time either but definitely the last. Don't waste your hard earned money on really bad food and even worse customer service. Seriously think twice about coming here. šŸ¤™

DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION. (This is after several terrible experiences and the most recent is the worst.)
I went through the drive-through at 1 AM because it’s the closest place open late. No one answered at the speaker. I pulled around and the workers were sitting in the lobby with the headset on. I waved and went around to the speaker again… still no answer. Finally I got out of my car and knocked on the window. The first words when they came out were ā€œwhat’s upā€. Politely, I said, ā€œI am in the drive-through wanting to orderā€. There was no apology and the order process was rude. I asked for spicy chicken nuggets and they put dried out spicy ones on top of decent regular ones.
I refuse to eat at this location until I hear word that they hire staff that feel like doing their job. There are very few places open up late in Georgetown and I can’t imagine this has been good for business or these kid’s future careers if they get out of food service. During the day, the food and staff is just as pitiful. I look forward to the day I see an ā€œOut of Businessā€ sign.

I got 4 biggie bags for my family for dinner and the food was dry and stale and looked like it had been sitting for hours and they just heated it in the microwave. The only thing that tasted decent was the fries and frosties but everything else was stale.

I went here for a baconator and they didn’t apply any bacon to the sandwich. I called and went back and they added a half strip to the top and bottom. I then notified customer service and they reimbursed me and I ordered a baconator again a couple days later to see if things changed and once again received no bacon on my sandwich. At this point I just refuse to go back. It’s obvious they don’t care.

I always receive a friendly greeting. I love using the app so I earn free food. On this visiting I received a free Junior Bacon Cheeseburger, which is a perfe ct size for me. I appreciate the free senior drinks!

I ordered 4 items:
Crispy chicken sandwich with pickles
Dave’s combo large sized
spicy chicken sandwich
Apple pecan salad
The person didnt understand so I had to say it multiple times. Eventually I thought she got it but I went to the line they made me pull up, I waited 15 min and then they didnt ring me up for the combo. I had to wait an additional 10 to get it and at the end the chicken sandwiches were both regular and had no pickles. I cant shop at this location anymore. Its always wrong, not good customer service, huge language barrier. Its not worth the hassel

This the 4th or 5th terrible apple pecan chicken salad I’ve gotten at the GT store. I was hoping it was a glitch as I used to come by 2-3X per week. I’m sure part of it is corporate cutting back (it’s in a smaller container now)but to have zero chicken on 1 salad and 3-4 crappy tasting chunks on the other today I had to reach out. I’m bringing salad #2 back tomorrow. Absolutely the first time in my life I’ve returned fast food…
