Came back into town for the holidays after being up in Illinois with no Whataburger near me. I go to this location and I’m so mad I can’t bring them up with me. The food INCREDIBLE! The service UNMATCHED! Miguel was AMAZING! 10/10 will come back as much as I can before I go back home!

Last 3 visits, including today they got my order wrong. I looked at the receipt and she messed up 1 order but the cook messed up 2 orders. I’ve had missing gravy, brownies, fries. The closest Whataburger to me that’s the only reason I’ve been back, but that will change.

Absolutely horrible behavior from the woman behind the window. 1:30am and she saw my republican card cover and gave me a nasty look. Then with nobody behind me proceeded to make me wait almost 20 MINUTES for my food. Thank God someone finally pulled up behind me forcing her to come around the corner and hand me my meal. Disgusting behavior for someone working retail.

Stopped for breakfast on November 23, 2024. Person in drive in speaker could not talk so you could understand him. Took almost 20 minutes from the speaker to getting our order. People pulled away from window with no food and held us up. Our coffee was Luke warm and food not fresh. One man working the second line was hustling. Our server at the window could not speak so you could understand him and had long dread locks down past his shoulders. Not sanitary and not a good fit for a drive in window. The line did not move even one car for most of our wait.

This now my second time visiting while Jodi is working and she is such a great worker! The staff here has gotten better about providing hot fresh food and the building seems a lot cleaner. We will definitely be returning now that the service is better than a few months ago.
