I was shocked as I came to wildfire for my 24th wedding anniversary. My last experience was really good but this time around, the food was subpar, my cocktail was lacking, my wife's cocktail was wattery. The restaurant was out of several of the specials. I had to settle for a dish that came out dry and burnt. I know restaurants have off-days, but this had to have been their 'C squad' as the 'A squad'was off duty.
Our night would have been ruined if it hadnt had been for Shantan the waitress. She made this dinner/evening as she was funny and very outgoing to ensure the experience was good. She fixed the cocktails and kept us up to speed on options and recommendations from her personal experience!
It’s so great to have a place like this right in Georgetown. Excellence across the board. It’s also obvious that everyone who works here cares about the overall customer experience. PS-The Elk was AMAZING!

The service was decent. Food however is super over priced for what it is. I had the Ostrich Fan Filet and it was incredibly tough and pretty bland. I mentioned it to the server hoping there could be some type of compensation because I didn’t finish it but the check came and it didn’t reflect any type of initiative to remedy my disappointment.

Used to go there at least twice a month . I had not been in a while and could not wait to go again. Was so disappointed when I did! The food was not nearly as good. The ribeye was tough with no flavor and the decor now is cheap looking, cluttered and out of style. I was so shocked to see it and in the food.

Went here with my family after my wedding and had a fantastic time. They made a charcuterie board just for us! Also gave us a nice slice of cheesecake. A fantastic dinner for such a special occasion.
