Be sure, when you order, that they have all the sides. I ordered boiled shrimp that's suppose to come with corn and potatoes. I got one TINY piece of corn, no potatoes. When I asked about getting another side in place of the potatoes (that they were out of), I was told that it would be an extra charge. They would not give an extra side in place of the potatoes. Terrible customer service. The food is usually good and so is the atmosphere. I was very disappointed.

I had a very nice response from them apologizing that this wasn't handled better. So, I've updated my rating.

Party of 10...food was amazing! Our table had burgers, wings, and shrimp tacos-all were scrumptious! Our server, Lacy, was great. We would definitely eat here again!

Autumn was friendly, attentive, and on top of everything from start to finish. We never had to ask for a thing - she anticipated our needs and checked in at just the right times. I wanted to leave a review because she easily provided the best service we’ve had in a LONG time.

Actually my hamburger tastes worse than fast food restaurant. I got the chips and dip and probably got a total of 10 chips and the fries were actually the only thing that was good on my meal

Hey this place is really a great place. Atmosphere, food, and drinks. Do definitely come during happy hour. I had 4 drinks with a Willie Burger and seasoned fries. The server walked by and checked on me every 3 minutes. The drink quality is good. Not girly drinks. Oh and less than $30. Wow.

Bobbi was my server at Willie’s Grill & Icehouse in Georgetown, and she’s the reason I’ll keep coming back. Fast, funny, and somehow knew I needed a refill before I did. Basically the Beyoncé of waitstaff — give this woman some flowers.!
