It’s thoughtfully designed, well-lit, clean, easy to find/great location and sooo beautiful. On top of that, Maggie was responsive, easy to work with and accommodating! We were thrilled with the Wish Well House both from an aesthetics perspective AND with how easy their staff is to work with. We got married at Wish Well House this past February and it was the best day ever! From the time we toured the venue the year before to the day of the wedding, the staff was so welcoming, attentive, and kind. The venue in itself is so beautiful, not much is needed to decorate the space, which was a huge plus for us. We had such clear communication with all of Wish Well staff that we never felt unsure about anything; every question we had was answered quickly and in detail.
We loved that they allowed (after approval) outside vendors (other than alcohol) as it let us really personalize what we wanted. They were super flexible with layouts, as it ended up being super cold the day of our wedding (something I was stressing about a lot the week of) and they sent us a bunch of different layouts to accomodate an inside ceremony that was just as beautiful as the outdoor space. All of the details at Wish Well are so thoughtfully designed and made us and the day feel so special and beautiful.

I convinced him to at least take a tour of Wish Well House, even though it is in Georgetown. We both knew immediately that this venue was the one for us. It is the most considerate venue when it comes to the wedding party getting ready, the vendors getting set up, and the wedding guests feeling accommodated for. I could go into so much detail, but believe me (I’m super Type A and wanted everyone’s lives to be as easy as possible). We were able to keep our decor super simple because of how beautiful this place is on its own. Our guests were coming up to us and complimenting the venue endlessly ~ and many were surprised by JUST how much they love the city of Georgetown, especially the local Square. I guarantee you will not regret having your wedding here. Shoutout to Maggie!

My husband and I got married on October 4th last year and Wish Well House is our favorite place on Earth!! We're obsessed with the historical charm and the interior design is beautiful. One of the main things that drew us to this venue was the layout. The flow of the indoor space to the outdoor courtyard with the huge sliding doors makes for the perfect intimate wedding day surrounded by loved ones! There is a balance of fun moments like the wallpaper in the bridal suite, the tile on the bathroom floors, and the checkered porch in the courtyard while still keeping the main ceremony and reception spaces neutral so that you can incorporate any colors/ design elements that represent you. Maggie and Amy are incredible and I have grown to be very close friends with them after having such a great experience. Wish Well House will forever hold a special place in our hearts and we cannot recommend it enough as a dream wedding venue!
