It seems the quality of the product has gone down over the years. I used to love the onion rings and now they taste bland. The service was just so,so. It was after 2 p.m.nand several tables needed attention. The floors needed a good moping and the restrooms were out of hand soap.
This particular Burger King is our favorite when we choose fast food. They keep the fries fresh and provide top notch customer service! I sincerely appreciate how they interact with customers

Andrew was amazing and it is the best customer service I have had in Giddings I have lived here for 3 years and he is the best if they could put him everywhere. Customer service is not like it use to be and he definitely made it awesome ? phenomenal job and I went thru the drive thru.
