I stopped and purchased 2 breakfast tacos for breakfast, I couldn't eat them both because of there size being so large. I actually had the 2nd one for lunch later in the day. The taste was out of the world and can't wait to stop by for the next time.
This spot is a perfectly fine place to stop for breakfast. We arrived for a late breakfast, around 11 am. Plenty of seating available. I ordered 2 eggs over easy with sausage. The eggs were cooked perfectly. The hashbrowns were not crispy which was a little disappointing, butter on toast didn't seem like real butter. If you are going through Giddings at breakfast time, a stop at Donuts and Breakfast is an okay place. I was disappointed when I ordered scrambled eggs dry or hard and they were still runny in spots. The waitress was okay, but a smile can make a world of difference. The cinnamon roll was good my husband said, but not great. They have normal breakfast choices and a variety of donuts and pastries. It is just a small town cafe, but if you need breakfast, it is an okay place to stop.
