Tonight I placed my order and they did not show up for over an hour and I did not you know that they use DoorDash to deliver. I came to the store to pick up the order and they took care of me on getting my pizza and had a very nice attitude and we're very helpful. The food is great and the service is as well.
customer service was great we came 30 minutes before they closed on our way back home from austin for a bball tournament. the lady was so nice to make us our pizza it was hot and delicious

I ordered takeout. The unenthusiastic clerk behind the counter looked like everyone who came in chewed her out for some reason or another. Maybe she should get a job somewhere else where there is not so much tension and pressure. By the way, they no longer sell jugs or cups of tea. Major bummer.And yes, we all occasionally have a bad day. This was hers.
