We love the service at this Starbucks stop on our drive through Giddings. During the last month, generally twice a week, we order 2 grande lattes (and a pup cup.) The lattes taste thin, one time I asked and they confirmed they use 2% milk, but they are consistently less flavorful than other Starbucks we frequent. Previously they lattes here were excellent. Something changed. Please go back to
the better latte.
Stephanie at the drive through was EXTREMELY rude! From the time we placed our order to paying to giving us our order. She spoke rudely under her breath and slammed the window when we were trying to ask a question. Then laughed about it with a coworker. When asked about speaking with a manager she stated there was not one there, however when we pulled away we called the store and imagine my surprise when the manager himself answered the phone. I Kove Starbucks, they did give me the wrong Frappuccino and the sandwich was burnt, but I Also Understand and saw just how busy they was there.. everyone was friendly and fast as they could be with the rush and apologized for the delay.. No big deal delays happen and so do mistakes... I Still recommend Starbucks anytime great selections and food is good I give 5 🌟 ⭐
