Holy cow. Probably the best Mexican food I have ever had. Get your gas, and get the barbacoa.
Food was awesome, staff was friendly and helpful. It’s nice to see a restaurant in a truck stop actually understand that truckers don’t all get parked by 8 to have supper. This place seems to understand the odd hours we work and is open extended hours is a refreshing change from a lot of other places only being open shorter hours.
The staff is very friendly and informative. Being a truck driver from Canada and not very knowledgeable of the food, it was explained to me perfectly. The food was delicious and the red hot sauce they make is beyond delicious. I’ll be stopping here again when I’m in the area. And very friendly hours.

TAQUERIA MI TEJUPILCO has freshly made corn tortillas, barbacoa, chicharron, bacon and egg, and tamales. The food is delicious and generous portions. Enchiladas and chalupas are on the menu and both are delicious. green sauce, red and green sauces and horchata are a big win. The restaurant is clean, has seating and a nice setup in a gas station. Service is prompt, professional and friendly and the customer service is amazing. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all day with a full menu which offer tacos, rice & beans, mole chicken, tortas, quesadillas, pastor, picadillo, beef ribs and lots other protein choices. Corn tortillas are super fresh and held together well. good and 2 tacos fill you up for $7.
