Please update your online menu, it still shows chopped beef sandwich for $8.25 and you're charging $11. Quite a shockSandwiches were pretty good, I liked the smokey flavor. I remember when they used to be super messy and meat would fall out of the bun. Not anymore- you sure do skimp with the meat these days!I'm sure I'll be back, but not too often, the prices are just too expensive for the amount of food you get
Food was decent, sausage was undercooked without any smoke flavor. Was a very weird vibe entering the place as everyone just stared wild eyed without any greeting. The older guy wouldn’t speak when spoken too who was chopping the meat while the younger guy’s weighing the meat and working the register was looked ? at by him with a weird don’t talk or smile at the customers glance as they immediately looked down and quit speaking to me as if they were intimidated by him. Very depressing and very weird atmosphere. As he was chopping the meat with his cleaver he looked angry and annoyed that we were there. My kids even asked what’s wrong with him? Won’t be back. Reminded me of a horror film Texas Chainsaw massacre as he was angrily chopping our meat up. Grossed us out a bit!!! Place need’s deliverance ASAP!!!

Old man working confronted me & complained I used a styrofoam cup to put my toppings in. I guess that money comes out of his pocket huh. Overpriced and never busy

Not all bodacious BBQ are the same but the one in Gilmer is absolutely delicious. We go there every time we go to Gilmer texas. I'm especially fond of their sloppy joes and chuck is specially fond up their chopped beef. All of the ribs everything is

The place was very clean and the bathroom was too. They greeted us when we entered and spoke as we were leaving. They were very nice and the food was great. The guys were constantly cleaning up while we were there.

Wasn't the best barbecue,little on the salty side! Wife had the chopped beef and she loved it.
Wanted to try their ribs but they were out very early. The decor is reminiscent of kindergarten cafeterias. Expensive.
