Love the burgers! Love the staff! Love everything about this little gem in Gilmer, TX! The food is ALWAYS fresh, not over seasoned, and delicious! And if you like Chess pie, you better go get it. AMAZING!!
There was a group of us playing golf in the area on a golf trip. We stopped in here on our way back home to NW Arkansas. The food was fantastic. We all had the chicken fried steak, and it was the best I've had in years. The sides were homemade and were wonderful. The potato salad and the yams were a couple of standouts, as well as the collard greens. Would go back in a heartbeat!
We were on a golfing trip and decided to stop at Bubba’s. All 5 of us in the group loved our food and service. It was one of the best chicken fried steaks I have ever had.
