I came back to my hometown with my friend on her birthday and we both enjoyed all of it . So glad to see they kept the same recipe as when I was a child in Gilmer. So everyone come down here to my hometown and get you some of famous Docs Hot Links. You just cannot eat just one hot link. I guarantee you the best.
I got to Doc's at 4:30 and they still let me come in and eat at the table!!!! They usually cut off at 4:30 for eat in but not today!!! and it was so good tonight!! The best I've had from there in a long time. The chilli was perfect on the seasoning. The links were not too dry, not too greasy... they were just right. Cheese was fresh and the perfect thickness for a nibble between bites. Yummy!!!
Great locals place that really knows the Hot Links game. First Timer and was treated great by super nice lady who let me try one and then got me some killer chili that was superb also. Other local patrons were super nice too...do not skip this place... Gilmer's finest! Even got me some frozen to gobble up later...it's that
