This is the second time i give this location a shot and again they disappoint. I clearly asked for hot sauce on drive through and they tell me to park upfront because they were cooking my food. I drive off after i get my food and again. NO HOT SAUCE. I ended up tossing it to the garbage am done with this location.

We had a horrible experience at the Gilmer location several years ago to the point where we refused to come back. We decided to give it another chance recently and are glad we did. The food was fresh, the service was good, and we got in and out of there quickly. They definitely have better people than they did. Kudos to them!
Parking: The parking lot is usually pretty empty.

My brother and just went there too the drive-thru my brother wanted a double meat burger with mustard and mayonnaise only with a large fries and a large drink I want another one I can't remember what it was I told my brother to pull over make sure she got the order right but he took off stupid idiot anyways they messed up our order the fries was not even that good it was cold soggy hard and they didn't get our orders right on the burgers there is one I choose one in the lady in the window I don't know what's her problem is but she needs to double check the bags or make sure they get the orders rights for the customers I'm not going back over there again I get this a zero out of 10 😡😡

Food was poorly prepared it was excessively Greece because they did not drain the grease off the croissant combo was all soggy with grease burrito was excessively greasy and grease drained out everywhere while eating it tables were filthy since this store had replaced all of their Staffing it has downgraded to almost a zero because the new staffing has no idea what they are doing
The manager let the workers stay with friends stay there just to talk .. they better maintein the place clean and everiting clean when you walk inside you almos fail because the floor ya sooo sticky and is insecure for the customers they last as hell an my experience I was very bad we ask for 2 # 3 and I was very cold and when I got back to the way I can have my money back they only return 10.00 dollars back and we pay more the 33.00 dollars.. you sure pay attention to your business that lady people is goin to take down your business and customers satisfaction and the ruin of business please ? Paty attention and hire responsable people to the way take care your business an clean business that’s the firs attraction that a customer loves and like to go and eat for now a lot a people don’t like noting above jack in the box years ago I was the best but back in the time until now is the word I can say the mayor problem is customer service, llasy pleople dirty place and people than not represent your businylike the way is safe to go and eat the restaurants is all the time dirty please pay atención to your business I can help to to drive your business to main clean an safe to atractinypeopme to your business and please try to get the good reputation that jack im the box has before as a amazing restaurant and a place to eat an spent time with family in a good place to eat ?

They need to put more attention to their staff

Chosen takeout for dinner and ordered for the family. My husband’s curly fries and my onion rings were burnt and we couldn’t even eat them plus they forgot our 8 tacos… they at least had my son’s kids meal good
