The food was excellent. Hot n ready within 5 minutes. The service was excellent as well. The lady at the counter was nice and helpful The atmosphere was ok. They were painting during the busiest time of the day. Paint brushes on the table The Manager was priming the drink machine during the lunch run. . I would definitely visit again for the food and service

I always love stopping here on the way to and on the way back from Longview and Tyler. They are always nice. The only thing preventing me from giving them a full five-star rating is that the shake machine seems to not work almost every time I come through. That strawberry shake is needed and is sometimes a dealbreaker for me if they don’t have it. Otherwise, this location is great and I highly recommend it.
Ordered through the drive thru. The girl waiting on us was so sweet. We ordered tacos, egg rolls and cheese sticks. So fresh. The cheese pull on the cheese sticks was amazing. I had to let the egg rolls cool down. The tacos were fabulous a 10 out of 10!!

The food was great, hot, fresh and got it in a timely manner, but not a clean table in the place. We (and the customer behind me) had to clean our own table and seat.
Isaac was the best gm any Jack in the box can have. He had the best customer service ever. He fed my whole family of 7 and with a smile on his face. Give this man a raise.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. We waited over 30 minutes and never got waited on. We went inside and to the drive thru. It looked like 5-6 people were to be working and they all were doing nothing. They looked as if they were high on something. The manager wasn’t working or taking orders either. I recommend no one goes to this establishment. The bathrooms were disgusting and all the workers were doing their best to hide from customers. Don’t waste your time going here.
I haven't been to Jack in the Box in a good while. I'm so glad I ended up at this one because we had a great experience. The place seemed to be understaffed and very busy, but the employees tending the store kept up well. We received our food hot and in a timely manner. I ordered the ultimate bacon burger which was very delicious. I definitely recommend JiB for a quick stop after a game
