Went to get a burrito and I got a whole lot of rice hardly no meat I really liked this place until I got served a bunch of rice for the price they charge I could buy my own rice also asked for it to be fried and got toasted I'm very disappointed with this burrito

Mary's is a small, low capacity authentic Mexican restaurant, tucked in on a quiet street near downtown Gilmer, TX. The food was exceptional, although they were small plates. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anybody craving Mexican cuisine that offers authenticity and light helpings.

Ordered the birria pizza and the birria noodles- holy moly, incredible depth of flavor in the meat and broth! Many layers of delicious, and the crunchy outer layer of the birria pizza took me to another level. Spoiler alert, the pizza is large- which is exactly how it should be because I’m going to be needing those leftovers asap. Wow, was not expecting that- somebody back in the kitchen knows what the heck they are doing! Thanks for the great meal, highly recommend

This place is spectacular IMO. Have had the signature birria and the pizzadilla. They were both delicious. Took my eldest son (he had the birria burrito) and he is hooked. He told me I didn't do him any favors financially by showing him that place. 😆 We will definitely be returning! Highly recommend
