Placed an online ordered at 5 went to pick up at 5:15 and they had closed. I called to ask and was told they closed at 6 and basically I needed to figure out how to get my money back on my order it wasn’t their issue that we placed an order and they closed early.

I would like to start by saying their cashier/server named Jacob was incredibly nice today, 12-17-2025. Food was decent and the place was very clean. We haven't been there in a while and it was a pleasant surprise to be waited on by someone who cared about giving good service. Thanks, Jacob, your friendliness was appreciated.

I stopped at this McDonald's on December the 1st and ordered an McDonald's Crispy chicken combo and that chicken sandwich was disgusting, the Chicken was old and rubbery and it tasted like old grease, I couldn't even eat it, a total waste of money, I want be stopping there nomore, Beware people.

This place is phenomenal! I went here for my wedding with Toothless and had the time of my life! While our marriage ended in ruin, my experience at McDonald's could never end the same. I love the food, especially the mystery meat put into the burgers, and the atmosphere. The service is lacking, though, as more dragons could be working behind the register. Otherwise, amazing!

Every single time I order on the app these stingy workers refuse to put sauce in the bag. I order 5 ranch for a family meal and they give me 1 ketchup… how hard can it be to read?
9:30 at night in the drive through, waited 16 minutes for my quarter pounder meal. It was your average McDonald's food, but at least the fries were hot!

The closed after we took our order and refused to give us our food when called manager said we are LITERALLY closed I can’t help you even though I took my order and 5 other peoples orders we got rude looks my workers and manager the entire time and they never told us they were closed until we called them then after I hung up he threw the phone across the store…

The muffin breakfast sandwich was delicious. The Coca-Cola was a perfect mix. The counter waitress, pleasant enough. 👌 The floors, especially in the ladies room were very slippery. There was no garbage can beside the the fountain drink bar, (which needed a good wipe-down.

I've been stopping by this McDonald's going on a year about 3 times a week. I just get a ice coffee with caramel drizzle. At first this McDonald's was the best McDonald's in 100 miles. But it seemed like the more they see me the worst the coffee got. Now everytime I stop there they make my coffee different. Like there is no training. How can someone make a coffee and it taste one way. Then I go back the next day and it taste completely different. The employees use to put a good amount of drizzle but now if you ask for 3 drizzle you dont hardly get anything. So I skipped my drink yesterday and went to Longview and ordered a carmel coffee with 3 drizzle. It was so wonderful and made to perfection! I will never stop at this McDonald's again! My suggestion to the owners of this establishment! Train your people. At least yall do make it the same way everytime now. Crappie
