Awful service. Always order the same thing. Just went thru the drive thru and was told they cannot serve that after 10:30. Amazing you just did two days ago!! Can yall fix the screens??? Price says $3.49 for triple cheeseburger, was just charged $4.79 instead.

I'm old and have been to a lot of McDonalds throughout the US. I have to say Gilmer Tx yours has been the worst. The fries served were bottom of the barrel broken and cold. The cheeseburger was cold and chewy. Like it had been microwaved and then got cold. Nuggets were also cold. Come on Gilmer Tx McDonalds, you can do better! This was 4:30 pm.
Worst mcdonalds ive ever been in can't get breakfast drinks lile mochas or orange juice because theor machine is broke how complicated can it be to make a mocha coffee, chocolate a little milk and whipped cream it was did by hand before a machine did everything and orange juice machine broken like really its concentrated

I refuse to order here till they fix the electric menu screens. Very hard to order when all of them are broken in the drive through. These been broken for years.
The food was disgusting. My mother and I went in to grab a few happy meals for us and my little sister on a Friday night. The chicken nuggets were not fully cooked and honestly tasted freezer burnt. Here is a picture of what they looked like as well. The length of time for the order to be ready one would assume our food would have been fully cooked. The staff was also not friendly at all and when asked any questions the lady at the register would simply respond with “I don’t know.”This is the second bad experience we have had with this location and we will not be coming back.
