My order is always wrong when order at the drive thru. Whenever I use the mobile app and choose cubside pickup the order is usually canceled whenever i go to select which curve side parking I'm at. Ridiculous service and subpar food,

The wait for the food was ridiculous. Only one car in front of me and I had to pull around to wait for a simple order of 2 Quarterpounder meals. I watched 3 cars behind me pull out then I still sat there for another 5 minutes before they brought out my meal.

Placed my own order which is a preference of mine, however after placing my order a young lady was sweeping the floor, and she was very polite, however the manager came up some young and was speaking of private business in front of customers, and talked to her very rudely! As a general Manager myself I was very disappointed to hear and see this, speaking to your employee like this in front of customers and other staff is just unprofessional! Definitely gave me a bad taste for this location!

I'm old and have been to a lot of McDonalds throughout the US. I have to say Gilmer Tx yours has been the worst. The fries served were bottom of the barrel broken and cold. The cheeseburger was cold and chewy. Like it had been microwaved and then got cold. Nuggets were also cold. Come on Gilmer Tx McDonalds, you can do better! This was 4:30 pm.
Worst mcdonalds ive ever been in can't get breakfast drinks lile mochas or orange juice because theor machine is broke how complicated can it be to make a mocha coffee, chocolate a little milk and whipped cream it was did by hand before a machine did everything and orange juice machine broken like really its concentrated
