My company, Velvet Spur Productions, booked this venue for a curated high end shopping experience called The Velvet Noelle November21-22, 2025 and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The owners and their executive staff were so easy to work with as they were extremely helpful in handling many of the small details that made the event a seamless experience. The cuisine was top shelf as was the decor and accommodations. If you are looking for a corporate retreat venue or the perfect place to host a company party look no further!

Visited Rowdey Creek Ranch for the first time and really enjoyed the atmosphere — such a relaxing and welcoming spot! The wine selection was great, and the food portions were generous and satisfying. I’d love to try something different next time just to explore more of their menu...maybe their chicken and waffles.. Their coffee was also really good! Definitely recommend it for a nice brunch with friends. ☕🍷🌿

This was my first time at a winery in Texas and it was such a fun time! Live music, a cohesive and incredible staff, and most importantly: great food and wine!
To eat, we had the Brisket Nachos and the Fried Green Beans and they were both AMAZING!! We tasted most of the wine on the menu and my favorite was the 406 Cabernet Franc, and my bestie's favorite was the Moscato and the Sangria Slushie.
The property was absolutely breathtaking, and the glamping area was so cute and well-designed.
Moreover, the staff really tied the whole experience together. Madison was our server and she was knowledgeable, attentive and kind. Maria was our food runner who was quick and incredibly friendly. This duo was supported by Audree, the bar-back who flexed in whenever she saw that the team needed help, and the manager Jaime who was incredibly supportive of her team and kept the night flowing seamlessly, and kind to us when we asked about the property!
All over a wonderful experience. We are already making plans to return :)

5 STARS!!! The new chef is top notch! From the burger with crispy waffle fries to the brisket Benedict on a homemade biscuit with delicious home fries, everything is delicious and very reasonably priced! Don’t forget the great wine too! Definitely had a great experience! Our server Tara was excellent! NOTE: I rated it 5 stars but for some reason Google shows it as 4 when I posted it!
Had the hangover burger and brisket Benedict. Both were excellent. Don't sleep on this place give it a whirl.

We attended a Murder Mystery Dinner at Rowdy Creek. It was our first time out to Rowdy Creek in Gilmer. It was amazing. The food, wine and service were all excellent. The group from Jefferson that led the murder mystery portion was also greats looking forward to the next time we are able to go to Rowdy Creek.
