They left the meat off of my sandwich. I ordered a classic add bacon and got just bacon no meat. I live by Bettie so by the time I got home I was not trying to drive back out there.

I don’t even think this Schlotzskys even deserves one star. I ordered one sandwich on the mobile app. One sandwich and it took me waiting 40 mins in the drive thru then having to go in for my order just for it to magically be ready (and cold btw). They claimed they were “backed up” but there was one person inside and only two cars that’s including mine in the drive thru. I get one hour for my lunch break and most of that was me waiting on my food definitely not coming back here.

I say salt & vinegar and you give me cracked pepper chips. I say 2 deluxe originals medium and you give me one and the other one was small. I say loaded potato soup and mac n cheese and their only half full for $5.29 each. On your menu it says garlic bread or crackers meaning it comes with it yet you charged me for the garlic bread. Will not go back to the Gilmer Schlotszky’s!
Drive-thru: this young lady was so friendly, happy, and helpful... I was blown away.. she needs a raise.. now days drive-thru workers act like they don't want to be there and not helpful or friendly.. sorry forgot your name... will be returning twice a week.. and food was wonderful, perfect..
