My wife and I ordered lunch today brought by a carhop named Devan. He was very kind and attentive. His personality is terrific! I truly appreciate this gentleman's kindness towards my family. We loved the food and the service! What a great job and a great employee! He left a terrific impression on us and did great!

This location is in disarray. Not very well maintained. The food quality is below standard compared to other locations and has not improved as well as high pricing for basic items. The employees are fantastic though, although I've noticed management does not like to admit mistakes to make it right but rather argue.

Carhops need to learn to smile when delivering food. They don't make much money hourly so being friendly and smiling can get them better odds for a good tip.

You can never go wrong with Sonic. They're always good. Get the blackberry slushy with nerds, you'll thank me later.
Most times they mess up the orders. Burgers are dry and overcooked. Onion rings are always burnt or undercooked. No in between. Bread is normally always hard and old.

Tonight was the service was not great. The guy taking my order had me repeat it several times. No biggie I’m sure they are doing more things while taking orders. He gets to my car can’t read my order keeps stumbling. Then drops my food on the ground. It was just tots with cheese. It’s fine they were in the bags. I asked him to mark the tots with extra cheese lol nope didn’t do that. Then get home and there isn’t any ranch. I also ordered 2 large cheese sticks and cheddar peppers! So I tried to call them just to let them know before I post…. But wouldn’t you know the phone is just BUSY. Maybe this will get their attention!

Ordered a wacky pack Tuesday evening with a plain hamburger, got home and they put cheese on it, which isn't liked by my kid. Called in and they apologized and offered a free one, came today to get it fixed and got down the road to see cheese was yet again on it, when I said that it's just a plain hamburger at the window. Turned around and told the same lady that it's meat only, a different lady brought me the new hamburger with not great customer service and asked for the 1st burger back. Work on your friendly service and apologize for my inconvenience when twice the way it was needed to be made was told

Majority of the time when people get on to complain about companies in Google reviews, it is a one off experience that they had but what they forget to mention is the remaining other 10 times that they visited and we’re happy with their food and service. I hope that people take the reviews this establishment has With a grain of salt And form their own opinions still. Yes, the team working here is on the younger side however, with that in mind, they are doing the best that they absolutely can fast food service is not easy to be in And it clearly says they are hiring if you think you can do better. Secondly, I’ve come to this establishment many times and I have on occasion had some minor issues with my order but each time I have requested that the order be corrected. They are more than happy to oblige and are very apologetic about it if you have a little patience with them they are very kind staff please remember everybody deserves a little grace. I will absolutely continue to visit this location and you should too.
