I have always like subway but I don’t know what it is that the quality of the meats have gone down and the bread options at this one are like three. The lady in charge was unpleasant but the other people people were fine

Gave me the complete wrong sandwich after all the waiting I did they gave me the nastiest sandwich I ever took a bite of. Whoever has that horrible taste of a sandwich should be banned from subway. Wish I got the sandwich I ordered. I was starving too and I am a fat dude. Very disappointed! Please get your stuff straight there was 4 people working....shouldn't be that hard!

Every time I order via delivery the screw up 3 times this week they've forgotten my chips and double protein like why the hell am I paying 20 bucks for a sandwich and drink I could just go to scholtzskys and they not screw up. What pisses me off the most is you call the store to see if they can make it right or refund and the phone just rings and rings or they pick up and stay silent. I'd give a negative star review if I could.

Arrived to pick up a curbside order at the exact time the app said. ALL of the employees were behind the restaurant smoking, saw us drive by, we checked in on the app, waited and no one came. Went inside and could hear the system beeping on the computer behind the register, still no one came. We had to walk around to the back of the building to tell them we were waiting to pick up our food. And both of our sandwiches had the wrong bread. Horrible customer service, didn't even try to apologize.

Last couple of times I’ve been to this location it’s been horrible this last time worst ever they did offer to refund/replace but what the rude owner doesn’t state is that you have only two weeks to go take care of this. She did email
And tell me I was being put in the book so they would know when I get there. I went several months later to be told only reo weeks. If was told would have be cautious going here to spend your money much better quality and service and food at other places a gas station sandwich is better and cheaper. The owner needs to go to a customer service class and learn some people skills. If could have rated a 0 I would have. They will never get another dime from me or my family again ever over two subs the woman refuses to replace

I'd normally give y'all a five but today you sucked. I ordered thru the drive thru and got home, my sandwich was wrong. I brought it back and waited at the register to be acknowledged. Finally someone comes to help me and I tell him what's wrong. He tells me he's sorry but I have to go to the back of the line. So I do. But then I think about my husband sitting in the parking lot with his sandwich and decide to get a refund instead.

Twice now I have had hairs in my sandwich. I cannot be the only who has had this problem and has complained about it so why is nothing being done to prevent it?? PLEASE WEAR HAIRNETS. A hat won’t stop your nasty six inch hair from being in my sandwich.

Ordered my sandwich online and paid extra for 50% more meat on my turkey and ham sandwich. Not only did it not have 50% more meat, it was completely missing the ham on the sandwich. Apparently whoever made the sandwich that day couldnt read a ticket.

Update:
I was later reached put to by the owner and the problem was solved in a professional manner. I greatly appreciate them reaching out and solving this issue. I will have no problem and continue to buy from here.
