Couldn't have been worse.
Drive thru around 9:20 pm. Almost never asked for an order and when I drove up, 3 employees parked on the counter with their feet in chairs.
Done.

Taco Bell is not always my first choice, but it's always consistently good, especially when I'm hungry and in a hurry. Tonight I tried some of the special menu items. They were surprisingly good. I'll have to go more to try out everything on the new menu.

the new 19 year old manager is the RUDEST. will not come back when he is working. i have never had an experience like this the entire time ive lived in gilmer nor since i have been frequenting this establishment.

We went through the drive thru on our way home. We didn’t check our food but when we started eating our tacos, there was something plastic in my taco. We pulled it out and it was a sour cream package. Because we live in Holly Lake Ranch we couldn’t drive back to complain and calling it in was ridiculous. We will never go back and we hope that this place will not do that again…but we also hope that they are more careful about fixing customers food so that this won’t happen again. The next time we won’t be so nice and will file a complaint with the health department.

I don’t recommend going to this Taco Bell. Around 10:25, I was using the restroom (which only has one stall) when two male employees walked in and started making obnoxious noises to harass me. When I walked out, I saw them in the back laughing and looking at me. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable experience.

Took forever to get my food, while serving multiple customers ahead of me. Waited half an hour to ask, “I had an order for..” and they said, “We’re working on it.” Horrible customer service.

Waited for my online order for 30 minutes after I got to the store. Absolutely ridiculous for the amount of people working.

Terrible, got the wrong order and I was the only one in drive thru. Refused to fix it. Refused a receipt didn't get napkins or sauces. Out of Baja blast, it's taco Bell but it's rough. Stay at home and do taco night rather then give these franchises money.
