I have been having increasingly bad experiences at the Gilmer location. The food is great....when you actually get what you order. Every time we go through the drive thru, they manage to leave something out. Every. Single. Time.
The people here are always very friendly. The food is not bad. I like the chicken enchilada burritos here, cheap and tasty. If you're a fan of Taco Bell, I highly recommend this location.

Sooo last might who ever the girl was working the window called my husband “ babe “ which i find not only completely unprofessional but also very disrespectful to me and him. My husband ask her not to call him babe and she giggled and said have a goodnight makes me wonder the kinda operation taco bell is running . Lucky for her i was not with him i was on the phone he works very late hours . I encourage taco bell to watch their cameras from the hours of 1 am to 2 pm and correct this situation .

This has got to be the filthiest restaurant that I have been to in a long time. The Gilmer yamboree was in town. You'd think they would have cleaned it up for that, at least. It stunk when we walked in. Sticky floors, the woman wiping the tables was just smearing it, until a family member showed up, then she went out to see them for a good 30 minutes. My wife and it sat in the truck and ate. the service was OK but it can't make up for the filth. including the Restrooms. And I truly wish that someone would show TACOBELL how to roll a burrito so that it is sealed on, at least, one end so you don't have a BLOW-OUT. And I thought it would be better than Jack in the Box?

This place sucked all the way around. The lobby was a mess dirty tables with food left on them , we stood at the counter for 15 minutes before deciding to use the kiosk, the 3 people working there were so flustered nothing was getting done correctly, watched a guy fill a whole bag of messed up tacos and burritos before he finally got it right, the whole place was a chaos factory our food was cold and thrown together with no care at all.
Food was what it should be, fast and tasty, The tea was Soured! Service was kinda weird and creepy.

I like the idea of ordering through the app and accruing points, but sometimes I just want to place my order the old fashioned way by talking to someone. Last night, I watched customers walk in and go straight to the kiosk to order. I'd already stood at the counter for a long while and no one acknowledged me standing there, so I went to my app to place my order. I really do embrace technology but we're losing the human element and personal interactions.

Went in there 8-28-24 and was inside eating my food I felt something crawling on me it was a roach then I look under the table and seen 4 more crawling around I told the manager and he acted like it was no big deal I threw away my food and left

It helps if you're in a pinch. However I wouldn't give over three stars because they always get it wrong and their drinks are always watery. Literally we almost a year down the road and I still cannot get any of our orders right and they always ask us to pull around and wait because they do not have enough employers I commented a while back on how Ruth worked when her brother passed away but that's what she wanted to do and then when she got fired employment and taking care of it I honestly think Jenna did a great job by getting rid of Ruth and Bridget they were stealing from her anyway. And by the way Ruth please don't play around about my aunt Sonya we just lost Candice and all I've ever heard you do is talk s*** about them so don't let me catch you doing it again thank you have a great night

Place needs to be cleaned bad. Looks like they used the same dirty rag to whipe everything down and it stinks in there.
