Joann working the window is very snarky on the intercom, talks too fast to understand, does not take down orders correctly, does not make eye contact, and genuinely seems annoyed with her job duties. In my opinion, she does not represent the Whataburger franchise well. I wish people took more pride in their jobs these days.

The food here is good, just like any other Whataburger but it took a long time and it was FIFTEEN DOLLARS FOR A REGULAR MEAL! This isn't some kind of nice sitdown restaurant, this is Whataburger. Most other locations are at least $3 less so there's no excuse for this.

Even after Midnight , the Staff were very Polite , helpful and greated me like I was a New Customer. This location has been Updated since I was there months ago. I would definitely recommend this Whataburger .

I know the crew members were just listening to the directions of their managers, but this Whataburger experience falls very short of the Whataburger standard. The server was going from car to car trying to figure out which order was which; the organization was horrible. Finally got my order and my fries were cold. Burger, although it was hot, had so much seasoning on it, I would not finish it. Totally a waster of my $11. Do better peeps.

Edit: came back and manager took my order, no welcome, no thank you. She only said what she actually had to say. No thank you as she brought my food out. Fish sandwich was burnt and girl behind the counter was rude. Couple weeks ago.
