Driving home to TX from Oklahoma we had the delightful experience to visit Whataburger in Gilmer TX. I was so famished, looked at the clock in the car and freaked out when it said 10:30, just knowing that when I arrived in the store that the clerk was going to tell me that they are no longer serving breakfast. Went through drive thru- the person who came out to lane B did not tell us how much our food was. The person who took our order didn’t even tell us. Nor did we get a receipt before the young lady zoomed off. We also didn’t get a drink we were supposed to get, and my burger was completely wrong. The place was packed inside at the register and the line was long, so I just chunked the burger in the trash.

App ordering is supposed to make things quick and convenient. I like using it because they send me free food offers all the time.
Last few times whether curbside or dining in, it’s been taking 20 minutes or more to get my food even when ordering 10 minutes in advance. I guess it’s quicker to just use the drive thru.
