Went through drive thru- the person who came out to lane B did not tell us how much our food was. The person who took our order didn’t even tell us. Nor did we get a receipt before the young lady zoomed off. We also didn’t get a drink we were supposed to get, and my burger was completely wrong. The place was packed inside at the register and the line was long, so I just chunked the burger in the trash.
App ordering is supposed to make things quick and convenient. I like using it because they send me free food offers all the time.
Last few times whether curbside or dining in, it’s been taking 20 minutes or more to get my food even when ordering 10 minutes in advance. I guess it’s quicker to just use the drive thru.

Went to get food through the drive through and I ordered my food and when I got to the window I asked if I could add on some chicken strips and and the lady named Jaleyah rolled her eyes and sighed
