The food was good but the customer service is what sets them aside from other establishments. They were so kind, helpful and attentive. Way beyond expectations for restaurants these days which is why I even bothered writing a review. Everyone working on 6/14/23 deserves a bonus or a raise ?
I cannot believe how amazing the customer service was here. I came today for some lunch, and from the moment I walked in I was greeted, and (who I’m assuming is) the owner immediately started explaining the menu options to me, and was very thorough and friendly. Helped me figure out what I wanted, and then after I ordered and my food was ready, he insisted on getting the door for me and bringing the food out to my car and even opening the car door for me. This is by far my absolute favorite place to go to eat with my family. I don't even know where to begin. As soon as we walk in we are greeted with friendly smiles and awesome customer service. They let us know about the menu or diff items. Everything we've tried is absolutely delicious. My man loves the melman and my kids fav is the sloppy Joe's I usually get something diff everytime and everything I've tried is so good.
