The last 2 times I have called to order a Personal Pan pizza, they have been out of that dough. This has also happened previously. Today, they were out of it at 4pm on a Saturday. How can a Pizza Hut be out of pan pizza dough so often?! Sounds like they are out of business on a popular menu item quite often lately.

The best Pizza Hut in the Longview-Tyler are is this Gladewater one! The staff and manager are amazing and genuinely care about their customers! They are all so sweet and hardworking, place is always clean and looks nice! Amazing experience every time we go in person or get to go!

Dine in AC has been broken several times when we came in and I feel thecowner is refusing to fix it properly causing it to be very unsafe for the customers and the workers. I fully understand bad things happen but putting a nandaid on an AC unit is unacceptable. The owner needs to fix this. Mineola has a much better AC and Gladewater should as well
