I can think of several ways they could improve. Start serving better food. Hire more competent managers. Train your servers to do their job rather than standing around on the phones all day.
Amazingly good food!! Got the Chicken Parmesan, Fettuccine Alfredo, several different pizzas, salad and rolls for a rehearsal dinner. Everyone absolutely loved the food, we had tons leftover and it was very reasonably priced. We are from out of town and took our chances ordering and so glad we picked this restaurant. So good!!
