Ça fait plus de 5 fois que je passe au drive-in pour la commande et quand vous payer votre commande et a la reception de votre commande vous demander si tout et correcte on vous repond »bien sur tout est tans le sac mais en arrivant a la maison surprise le burger le plus chèr n’est pas dedans et déjà minimum 5 fois ça commence a etre une habitude a Foetz on paye et vous ne recevez pas ce que vous avez commander. You really do have the most incompetent staff at Ffordd Derwen restaurant in Rhyl!! You would think packing the order would be the easy bit, apparently not!! I called to say there was missing items in my order and the girl who answered wouldn’t even allow us to go to the restaurant to collect the missing item and said we would have to buy it again! Don’t offer a service you very clearly can’t deliver, literally!!!

Why are you asking so many cars to pull ahead in the drive thru now? This does nothing but give your customers anxiety, because your workers are consistently getting very confused as to which order goes with which vehicle. We all realize this is only done to falsely make it appear as though you are processing orders quickly, via your timer clocks.
