Horrible customer service from KELLY. She gave my food to the wrong door dasher (admitted she did NOT confirm with the dasher whose order they were picking up) and then tried to refuse to remake my order until I became upset. They didn’t want to “lose $60”. DISGUSTING behavior.
All around wonderful place to eat
My wife and I went here with my inlaws and some friends on 15 Feb. The food and atmosphere were good, however our server Sherri (sp?) was absolutely the worst. My mother in law ordered the voodoo pasta, which was prepared at an extreme level of spice for the general public without a warning on the menu. It was far too spicy for her to eat, and when she mentioned it to the server, Sherri ridiculed her and implied she was stupid by saying it's cajun, what did you expect? And...read full review
