They lied about not having coffee, I went to jack in the box next door and got coffee 👍
I want to say this Sonic has the most courteous staff!! They always make sure our order is right and if not they quickly fix the issue!! Our favorite Sonic to stop at!!!!
Definitely needs customer service training. I was at the counter while the young man asked for my order in which I gave it to him but instead if paying attention he was talking with a co-worker about nothing work related so I had to repeat my order not just twice but three times because as I told him he repeated it wrong. And there needs to be something done to control the flies. There were more flies than customers.
