2nd time eating at this place today and I'm afraid it has forced me to leave this review. The people are nice enough and it has that small town feel to it. The variety of food on the buffet is impressive but both times I have eaten here the food has been cool or cold. Either they have their steam tables turned too low or they don't work at all. Today it was ice cold and made everything un-appetizing. I seldom eat at buffets because my eating habits have changed as I have gotten older and don't eat much at one sitting. This place I was willing to pay the cost to get the wide range of food they serve. But at $16 per person for ice cold food it isn't worth it. Maybe they purposely do this so no one eats too much and they save money serving buffet style. But they do need to fix this issue because unfortunately I will never return. Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me.
In response to owners reaction.Then why do you not stir it. I know of no one who enjoys cold food.

First time ever visiting here today and our waitress was miss Tori such a kind hearted person you can tell by the way she treats customers. The buffet was delicious overall 10/10 for food and service ❣️ thank you for making my best friend’s birthday so special. 🥳 We’ll be back 🙌🏼 God Bless 🙏🏼

My husband, 10 month old, and I came today for the first time to try them out for a quick lunch. Our waitress was very accommodating, and the lunch buffet was great. Everything was also baby (and pregnant mommy) approved 😋 I couldn't help but go back for seconds of their awesome chicken fried steak, mashed potatos, and green beans!! Heaven. Hubby also got a delicious looking slice of pie to go for later! They also have a pretty extensive menu that you can choose to order from if you don't care for their buffet options, and all of that looked super yummy as well. Can't wait to come back and try breakfast or dinner sometime!

We took a detour to try this small town venue out. We enjoyed our stop immensely. The staff was super down home and their friendly welcome made the food better. We had breakfast items and everyone was pleased. Generous portions with made from scratch appeal. We recommend and also suggest taking pie with you for the road.

My Sister had told me about this place, & we made the drive out there just to eat at their Restaurant. Very Delicious Hot Food. Friendly Staff, & clean environment. If your in the area or able to stop by. I would highly recommend you try to and see. You won't be disappointed 😉

This is a hidden gem. Food I'd great. They offer a buffet all you can eat. Saturday they have fish and ribeye steak. Steak is cooked medium and seasoned very well. Thursday they have brisket. They have different types of salads on the buffet also. First rate potato salad. They also offer menu items. If your going thru Godley texas and your hungry, try this restaurant out. You'll get filled up with great food!!!!

Great place to eat. The buffets are awesome. You feel like you are at home when you walk thru the door. And do not skip the homemade ice cream or the pies. So delicious!

Fresh, delicious, and friendly. Went for breakfast. Hash browns were crispy, Belgian waffle was hot, and the frito pie should not be missed. When they say large orange juice they're not joking! We'll be back on the weekend to try the buffet.
