My husband and I came in today to drive-through order to royal cheesecake blizzards and Jacob Miller who is the manager on duty told me that he was not able to replace or fix our blizzards. We only got two pieces of the cheesecake in our blizzards. We get them all the time and they’re always made to perfection, we never have a problem until today. I seen no one doing anything but watching the game or something and they’re not even doing their job.( his comment was it was chaotic in here ) We waited in the drive-through line for about eight minutes or longer just to get our blizzard and there was nobody in line nobody behind us literally nobody in the lobby just one couple. Makes me really upset because this is our go to Dairy Queen and I called and speak to the manager who was really really young and who did not care at all about customer service. I was willing to drive back up there and take back our blizzards, but he said unfortunately not I’m not able to replace them. He said due to the blending they broke up in pieces so obviously he’s not making it correct because we never had that issue before I wish yall Would put better management here! SMH!! ??♀️ ?we will call corporate! Oh and he didn’t give me my receipt he crumbled it up and threw in the trash.
Good service, food was good and prepared correctly in a timely manner. I don't understand why they stand at the order window with a tablet taking orders though, definitely helps with ordering and understanding, but just seems out of place.

This is the best Darry queen ive ever been too. The staff here definitely make it the best place I’ve been. I always feel warm and welcome whenever I enter or even go through the drive through. The food is standard Darry queen levels so it’s well above average. And I can tell that this place cares about its customers and its service. Especially for repeat customers.
This is a place I went to out of need and a place I left feeling as though I were a friend.
